This espresso machine comes with a NEMA 5-20 Plug. Please consult with an electrician prior to ordering to ensure the wiring in your house, as well as circuit breaker is rated for 20A. Example below. This espresso machine will not run on a 15A circuit.

Wendougee Data Overview

The Wenougee home espresso machine is named after DATA, it has excellent and powerful extraction functions and is equipped with an AI intelligent system. Designed for both professional baristas and coffee beginners, you can easily make a quality espresso that is comparable to any great coffee shops.

The Wendougee Data is an innovative new espresso machine balancing traditional espresso machine design with technology. The Wendougee Data takes only approximately 5 minutes to heat up in the morning. Using precise pumps and sensors, paired with an app, the Wendougee Data is capable of performing a variety of extraction styles, including sharing them with the community through the E-Bar app.

Boilers

The Steam and Brew boilers operate independently allowing for precise temperature control, and simultaneous brewing and steaming of milk.

The steam boiler is 1.8 liters and the saturated brew boiler is 0.8 liters allowing for rapid heat up time and temperature control.

Pumps

Available with two different pump configuration. A gear pump or an electromagnetic vibratory pump. Both allow for precise and easily metered extractions.

Using real-time pressure feedback allows for self-adjustment of pressure that ensures the pump pressure follows the target values and remains consistent.

Construction

Beneath the minimalist appearance is a complex mechanical core. All piping connections are metal, and commercial-grade core components.

Intelligent Linkage to Wendougee Grinders

Real-time monitoring of extraction time and extraction flow rate is analyzed by the espresso machine to provide automatic adjustment of grinding parameters to achieve the optimal extraction.

Wendougee E-Bar

Building a smart coffee ecosystem. Create, save and share coffee preset curves with the Wendougee community. The E-Bar App has created an integrated platform for control, sharing, downloading, and interaction with coffee as a community.
