LITA LA: a small machine with a configurable extraction
LITA LA brings adjustable brewing to a home counter through two electromagnetic pumps, E-Bar app controls and a saturated brewing assembly. Its 0.35 L brew boiler works alongside a dedicated 0.8 L steam boiler, so espresso and milk preparation have separate heating systems.
The LA version also includes a hot-water outlet. It is the LITA configuration for someone who wants the dual-pump setup and access to hot water for drinks such as an Americano.
Follow the recipe through pressure, flow and yield
Pressure profiling changes how extraction pressure develops during the shot. The LA’s flow-priority capability adds another way to manage water delivery. Use a compatible phone or tablet with E-Bar to work with those parameters, and start with a stable dose and grind before experimenting with the profile.
A compatible BOOKOO Bluetooth scale is available separately for the connected weighing workflow. It gives beverage weight a place alongside the brewing settings; it is not included simply because the machine supports a scale connection.
Built for a reservoir-based home station
The 1.2 L tank lets you place LITA without a direct-water connection. At approximately 10.24 inches wide, it leaves room to plan a grinder, scale and preparation area beside the machine. Remember to allow access for filling, cleaning and the optional screen above the stand.

Understanding the LITA names
BR and LR are single-pump versions; LR adds hot water. BA and LA are dual-pump versions; LA adds hot water. This page describes LA, so a BR/BA-only manufacturer chart is not a complete specification for the machine sold here.
