LITA LA brings two electromagnetic pumps, a saturated brew assembly and a dedicated steam boiler to a compact reservoir-based machine. Its LA configuration includes a hot-water outlet, with E-Bar controls for exploring extraction settings.

DATA S moves to a gear pump, a 0.8 L brew boiler and a 1.8 L steam boiler. It also offers selected Direct Connect + Tank versions. Choose around the desired water supply, milk routine and controls, not the number of settings alone.

Milo Play uses 64 mm flat burrs with electronic adjustment and a 200–1,000 RPM brushless motor. Its single-dose format suits someone who weighs beans for each preparation or regularly changes coffees.

The nine presets control grinding time rather than grams. A separate scale supports dose checks and espresso yield. When comparing recipes, record the grind setting and speed together so your next adjustment has a clear starting point.

Make room for loading the grinder, refilling the water tank, removing the drip tray and positioning the screen. Published machine dimensions do not include every opening and cleaning clearance.

DATA S requires a dedicated 20A connection and NEMA 5-20 receptacle. LITA LA is listed at 120 V and 2,100 W; review the intended circuit and receptacle before purchase. The correct voltage alone does not prove a kitchen outlet is suitable.

Are tablets included? Base machine listings exclude the tablet; LITA LA includes a removable stand. Review each package before ordering.

Do I need a plumbed water supply? LITA LA is reservoir based. DATA S water capability depends on the selected version.

Can one grinder cover espresso and filter? Milo Play supports both. Keep recorded settings and allow for corrections after changing coffee or brew method.
