SDragon: two groups with programmed beverage preparation

The standard two-group SDragon combines saturated brewing groups with volumetric dosing and separate brew and steam capacity. It provides a commercial workflow in which programmed portions let the operator coordinate shot preparation with the rest of the drink.

Volumetric control and beverage weight are different measurements

A volumetric program controls a measured water portion. It does not directly weigh the espresso in the cup. Coffee absorption and recipe changes still affect final yield, so check beverage weight when setting the program and after significant grind or coffee changes.

Saturated groups and independent boiler control

The standard SDragon manufacturer chart lists 8.7 L of steam capacity and a 3.5 L brew boiler, with independent PID control. Two 4.3-inch touchscreens provide access to brewing information. Its commercial pump and two-group format support parallel preparation at the station.

No. It describes water measurement for the brewing program. Use a scale to verify the finished beverage mass.

Does SDragon have the Pro flow-adjustment features?

Do not assume so. Standard and Pro are separate configurations.
